At the meeting, the Party Secretary of the City Committee requested that the units implement stronger and more decisive solutions. Simultaneously, a mobilization team should be established to regularly monitor the situation at the grassroots level, assigning specific responsibilities to the supporting staff to focus on resolving issues related to documentation and procedures.
