These days, the roads leading to Cua Lo beach are filled with excitement and joy. Along Binh Minh road and its branches, hotels of all sizes are busy completing the final preparations to welcome the large number of visitors on the opening day of the festival today.

Mr. Mai Duy Nam, owner of a system of four hotels and restaurants at Cua Lo beach, said: "I have four hotels with more than 100 rooms. Currently, all rooms at the main hotel near Binh Minh Square are fully booked for the opening night of the festival. The remaining hotels are also gradually filling up."

Without wasting a single moment, Mr. Nam is mobilizing all available personnel. From hiring workers to directing staff to clean, tidy, and renovate every area of ​​the lobby, guest rooms, outdoor stage, signage, and decorative lighting system… everything is being implemented synchronously and smoothly. “We want everything to be as perfect as possible – not just clean rooms, but also to create a great first impression,” Mr. Nam said with an enthusiastic smile.

The atmosphere of preparation was equally bustling at the seaside restaurants.

Mr. Dau Khac Binh, the owner of a restaurant in Nghi Huong ward, Vinh City, said: “We have completed the decoration and renovated the restaurant space, especially the outdoor area. Regarding food, all ingredients are imported fresh daily – from seafood to vegetables, all carefully selected to serve our customers.”

In addition, Mr. Binh instructed the chefs to ensure that the food preparation process strictly adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations. All dishes are beautifully presented and reflect the authentic flavors of the coastal region. "We also clearly display prices at each counter and on each menu so that tourists can feel confident and comfortable choosing their dishes," Mr. Binh added.

Nghi Huong Ward has a coastline of approximately 4km along Binh Minh Street, currently home to 78 restaurants and eateries and 79 accommodation establishments. Since the demolition of kiosks on the eastern side of Binh Minh Street, most businesses have stabilized their premises, continued their work, and collectively built a civilized and professional tourism image. Restaurants, hotels, and eateries have trained their staff in communication skills and providing prompt, friendly, and professional service.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Ky, Head of Sales at Summer Cua Lo Hotel, said: “The two Summer hotels, with a total of 525 rooms, were completely booked on the opening day, April 19th, and during the April 30th - May 1st holiday. Even for the upcoming summer months, 50-70% of the rooms have already been booked in advance.”

This unit has mobilized approximately 350 staff members, working in shifts 24/7 to ensure quality service throughout the tourist season. “We focus comprehensively on everything from room cleaning and food quality control to training communication and interpersonal skills for our staff. The goal is to make every visitor to Cua Lo feel like they are returning to a familiar and warm place,” Mr. Ky affirmed.

Currently, Cua Lo beach town has approximately 300 hotels and accommodation establishments with about 11,000 rooms, capable of serving around 30,000 overnight visitors per day. To prepare for the 2025 tourist season, these establishments have proactively upgraded their facilities, ensuring they meet all standards for welcoming domestic and international tourists.
