Many provinces have new personnel.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just approved the results of the by-elections for the positions of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committees of Gia Lai and Son La provinces.
Specifically, in Decision No. 288/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the by-election for the position of Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, term 2016 - 2021, for Mr. Do Tien Dong, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Construction.
In Decision No. 286/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the by-election for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province, term 2016 - 2021, for Mr. Le Hong Minh, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
At the same time, in Decision No. 285/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Mr. Bui Duc Hai from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province, term 2016 - 2021, so that he could retire according to regulations.

In Dong Nai province, on the afternoon of March 18th, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce and present the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam approving the appointment of the Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Phu Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, presented Decision No. 1099/QDNS/TW, dated March 8, 2019, of the Central Committee of the Party, approving Comrade Ho Thanh Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
Dong Ho Thanh Son, born in 1964, previously held positions such as Secretary of the Dinh Quan District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department in Dong Nai province.
