Many universities that use both national high school exam results and academic transcripts for admissions have announced adjustments to their enrollment quotas.

Mining and Geology University: Many majors increase enrollment quotas based on national high school exam results.

The Admissions Council of the University of Mining and Geology has adjusted the quotas for some training programs to better reflect the actual number of applications based on candidates' preferences.

Specifically, five majors/groups of majors increased their enrollment quotas by 270 based on the national high school graduation exam results, while three majors reduced their enrollment quotas by 90 based on the national high school graduation exam results.

Binh Duong University: Increases enrollment quota based on national high school exam scores, reduces quota based on academic transcripts.

Meanwhile, Binh Duong University also announced adjustments to the enrollment quotas between the two admission methods for the same major, as publicly stated in the university's admission plan, without affecting the rights of candidates who have already registered for admission.

Accordingly, Binh Duong University previously announced that it would admit 505 students based on national high school exam results and 1,365 students based on academic transcripts.

However, in its latest announcement, the school increased the quota for admission based on national high school exam results to 1,365, while reducing the quota for admission based on academic transcripts to 550.
