Many roads in Vinh city were 'submerged' after heavy rain

(Baonghean.vn) - The heavy rain that lasted for more than an hour at noon on October 15 caused flooding on several streets in Vinh City. The streets that were deeply flooded were: Le Nin Avenue, Phong Dinh Cang Street, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ha Huy Tap Street, Nguyen Duc Dat Street... Especially, in Block 13 and 15 of Ben Thuy Ward, many households were deeply flooded and many cars were submerged in water because people were unable to react in time.
