In August 2022, press agencies strictly adhered to the propaganda guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the state management of the Department of Information and Communications.

In the field of current affairs and politics, the press agencies extensively reported on the activities of the Central leadership delegations in Nghe An, including attending the 120th anniversary of the birth of General Secretary Le Hong Phong, visiting and working at the VSIP Industrial Park; attending the opening ceremony in Ky Son district by Comrade Vuong Dinh Hue - Member of the Political Bureau, Chairman of the National Assembly; and the key contents of the regular August 2022 thematic session of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council.

The press agencies have numerous programs, articles, and documentary images to commemorate the 77th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2022) and National Day on September 2nd.

In the economic field: Press agencies continued to publish numerous articles and programs analyzing and evaluating the outstanding and positive results of the economy in recent months; emphasizing the direction and management of provincial leaders; departments, agencies, and localities on socio-economic issues. At the same time, they commented on and assessed the challenges facing Nghe An's economic development in the remaining months of the year.

This month saw numerous news articles and reports reflecting on landslides, the risk of losing agricultural land, and the lack of safety for people in some localities; analyzing and addressing issues such as: managing online food markets; solutions to strengthen state management of stalled and delayed projects...

Issues related to the supply and demand of aquatic animal breeds; the lack of mooring spaces for boats returning to shore to avoid floods and storms; and the reality that prices of many goods and services remain high, with the reduction not commensurate with the decrease in gasoline and oil prices, were also raised at the conference.

At the conference, Comrade Le Van Luong – Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union – provided information about the 18th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An Province, term 2022-2027. The press has published and broadcast numerous news articles and programs documenting the joyful, enthusiastic, and exciting atmosphere of the first day of school in localities throughout the province; reflecting on some schools that could not open due to floods; highlighting the urgent efforts of localities and educational institutions in strengthening and reviewing infrastructure and medical conditions to ensure the safety of students; and informing and promoting exemplary individuals in teaching and learning.

In its September propaganda orientation, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that media agencies focus on disseminating information about implementing the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels. It also called for increased propaganda on Party building and the construction of the political system in 2022.

Continue to widely disseminate the key tasks and solutions aimed at achieving the highest possible results for the province's socio-economic goals and targets in 2022; continue to promote movements, models, and exemplary cases of "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh"; and continue to promote the implementation of key contents in the new academic year 2022-2023.

At the same time, media outlets are focusing on opening special pages and sections to prominently publicize major events and holidays in the month: the 92nd anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet Uprising (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2022); the 67th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (September 10, 1955 - September 10, 2022); the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 12th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province, term 2022 - 2027, etc.
