Thanks to two penalties, U19 Vietnam defeated U19 Philippines

Coach Hoang Anh Tuan's team won a hard-fought victory in the final match of Group A of the 2016 Southeast Asian U19 tournament.

It was only thanks to a penalty in the 61st minute that the home team could make a difference. The Vietnamese defense ended a match to forget, with Ngoc Bao's own goal in the 90th minute while running back to clear a cross from the left wing.However, the 4-3 result was enough to help the home team return to the top position with seven points, ensuring a ticket to the next round.
