A group of debt collectors stole a motorbike and assaulted a woman.

The Thanh Xuan District Police in Hanoi have issued arrest warrants for Nguyen Huu Chien, Nguyen Thanh Hai, Tran Sy Tu, Vuong Hoang Anh (approximately 25-29 years old, residing in Hanoi), and Nguyen Van Luu (26 years old, residing in Nghe An) to investigate the crime of robbery.
Earlier in June, suspecting a woman from Quang Ninh province residing in Hanoi of defaulting on a 10 million VND debt, the group abducted her, beat her, and stole her two Pomeranian dogs and motorbike to settle the debt.
The police seized 8 metal pipes, 162 loan application files, 6 motorcycles of various types, and 10 kg of advertising leaflets promoting loan services. The police have drawn up a report and taken the items to the police station for further investigation.

At the police station, the group admitted to assaulting and robbing the woman. Through the investigation process, the police identified this group.They opened loan shark shops without displaying signs and operated in a sophisticated manner. When borrowers failed to repay, they did not hesitate to resort to violence to collect the debt.
The Thanh Xuan District Police are expanding their investigation into the case.
