Group of young men who removed license plates and swerved recklessly on the highway have been arrested.
A group of young men with dyed hair in various colors, riding motorcycles without license plates and swerving dangerously on the Nghi Son – Dien Chau expressway, have been apprehended by authorities.
On the afternoon of January 29th (the first day of the Lunar New Year), Traffic Control Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security) received a report about a group of young men riding motorcycles at high speed, without helmets, and with their license plates removed on the Nghi Son – Dien Chau expressway. Following instructions to plan an operation, the team intercepted the group at the Dien Cat intersection (Dien Chau district, Nghe An province) at 1:15 PM the same day.

On-site inspection revealed that all six motorbikes had their license plates removed and hidden in the trunk, and the 11 young people, mostly middle and high school students from Thanh Hoa, could not produce any relevant documents.
According to authorities, for this violation, the group of young men face a fine of over 100 million VND, and their vehicle will be impounded for up to 7 days.
