A group of young men involved in stealing and selling motorbikes have been apprehended.
(Baonghean.vn) - While Trong was keeping watch, Phong sneaked in, used a crowbar to break the lock, and stole the motorbike. The two suspects then called Nguyen Dinh Tuan Anh to buy the unregistered motorbike for 3,200,000 VND.
On the afternoon of October 27th, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghi Loc District Police announced that they have initiated a criminal case and indicted the following defendants: Vo Thanh Phong (born in 1987) and Nguyen Dinh Trong (born in 1997), both residing in Hung Yen Nam commune, Hung Nguyen district, for the crime of "Theft of property"; and Nguyen Dinh Tuan Anh (born in 1993), residing in Block 12, Le Loi ward, Vinh city, for the crime of "Receiving stolen property".

Earlier, on the morning of August 11th, the Nghi Loc District Police received a report from Mr. Nguyen Duy Duan (born in 1984), residing in Hamlet 2, Nghi Cong Bac Commune, about the theft of his black and silver Wave Alpha motorbike with license plate 37K1 - 657.29. The Nghi Loc Police dispatched officers to the scene to investigate the incident.
During the investigation, screening, and surveillance process, Vo Thanh Phong emerged as a suspect. On October 20th, Phong confessed to having committed the theft of Mr. Duan's motorbike with Nguyen Dinh Trong.
Currently, Nguyen Dinh Trong is undergoing drug rehabilitation at the Social Labor Center 2 in Nghe An. Through intensive investigation, authorities identified and arrested Nguyen Dinh Tuan Anh, the person who received the stolen motorbike from Phong and Trong.
According to their statements, Vo Thanh Phong and Nguyen Dinh Trong conspired to steal a motorbike. They rode a Sirius motorbike with license plate 37E1 - 089.93. At approximately 1:45 AM on August 11th, they spotted a Wave Alpha motorbike parked in the buffalo shed yard of Mr. Duan's house in Hamlet 2, Nghi Cong Bac commune. Trong kept watch while Phong sneaked in, used a crowbar to break the lock, and stole the motorbike. The two then took the motorbike to Phan Van Street, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city, and called Nguyen Dinh Tuan Anh to buy the stolen motorbike.
After clarifying that the vehicle lacked registration papers, the seller and buyer agreed on a price of 3,200,000 VND. At 9:00 AM the same day, Nguyen Dinh Tuan Anh replaced the vehicle's license plate with a fake one: 37B2 - 163.36, which he used until his arrest.
Currently, the case is being further investigated by the authorities to prosecute the individuals involved according to the law.
