A group of teenagers like to cut off motorbike license plates and rob property.

Previously, on the evening of August 16, at Group 6, Quang Trung Ward, Phu Ly City (Ha Nam), Nguyen Anh Dong, Nguyen Quoc Toan, Doan Hoang Viet, and Pham Hai Son, all residing in Kim Bang District, used a motorbike without a license plate, without a helmet, and drove at high speed, holding a sword, chasing and stopping two teenagers on the road, then used the sword to cut off the plastic part of the rear of the motorbike with license plate 28FN-013.00 and took the license plate to "show off their achievements" on social networks.

Realizing the nature and seriousness of the incident, the Criminal Police Team, Phu Ly City Police urgently mobilized forces, focused on investigating, discovering and arresting the above group of subjects.

Based on collected documents and evidence, the Investigation Police Agency of Phu Ly City Police has issued an Emergency Detention Order; Emergency Search Order for the residences of Nguyen Anh Dong, Nguyen Quoc Toan, Doan Hoang Viet, and Pham Hai Son.

At the police station, the subjects confessed that because they liked to show off and wanted to show off to other groups of young people, the four teenagers used motorbikes carrying weapons to wander on the streets. If they encountered any teenagers they "did not like", they would block their vehicles and cut off their license plates.

Currently, the Police Department is continuing to investigate, clarify and strictly handle according to the provisions of law.
