A bustling atmosphere as preparations for the Mid-Autumn Festival are underway in the resettlement village.
(Baonghean.vn) - These days, the Thanh Chuong Charity Association, together with the District Youth Union, is organizing the wrapping of 1500 banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), preparing for the "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" program in the resettlement commune.

| To make 1500 banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), 250 kg of sticky rice, 70 kg of pork, 25 kg of beans, and 4500 dong leaves were needed… all donated by generous volunteers. From the morning of September 10th, the association mobilized dozens of people to help clean the dong leaves, wash the sticky rice, sort the beans, and prepare the pork. |
