Meeting human resource needs so that Nghe An tourism can accelerate

In the Action Program No. 812/KH-UBND dated October 30, 2023 on implementing the Nghe An Tourism Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2035, Nghe An sets the target of the total number of workers in the tourism industry to be about 12,430 by 2025; about 20,000-22,000 by 2030; and about 22,000-25,000 by 2035. The problem is what Nghe An must do to achieve the goal, while currently the quantity and quality of human resources in the tourism industry are limited and inadequate.
