Meeting the human resource needs is crucial for accelerating tourism development in Nghe An.

In the Action Plan No. 812/KH-UBND dated October 30, 2023, on implementing the Nghe An Tourism Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2035, Nghe An sets the target of approximately 12,430 people working in the tourism industry by 2025; approximately 20,000-22,000 people by 2030; and approximately 22,000-25,000 people by 2035. The question is, what must Nghe An do to achieve these goals, given the current limitations and shortcomings in both the quantity and quality of human resources in the tourism industry?
