This place boasts many varieties of strangely beautiful sea daisies, planted by King Bao Dai. But the most enjoyable experience is floating on the basket boats, feeling the gentle tug of the squid when it bites the hook, the pleasure of using a net to catch a fresh, glistening silver squid, and savoring grilled or steamed squid amidst the gentle waves.

The first impression upon arriving at Cua Hien beach is the long stretch of rocks along the coastline. Perhaps because the rocks lining the beach resemble a "fishing ground," the locals call it Ngu Hai beach (Fishing Sea Beach). On the outer edge, there is a round rock, over 2 meters high, with a fairly flat top, known as the "Immortal's Chessboard." Legend says that whenever the immortals descended to the mortal world, they would land on this rock to play chess, drink wine, and admire the earthly scenery.

| People in Nghe An still have a saying, "Eat at Cua Hoi - wade in at Cua Lo," meaning that Cua Hoi is still the best for seafood specialties (Photo by Ho Chien). |
Cua Hoi Beach is the mouth of the river where the Lam Giang River flows into the East Sea. Cua Hoi will captivate visitors with the tranquility of quiet afternoons or the bustling activity of the fish market when boats return to the harbor.
The Cua Hoi beach resort area, located in Nghi Hai and Nghi Hoa wards, is connected to Cua Lo town, forming an ideal sightseeing and relaxation route for tourists. From Cua Lo and Cua Hoi, following the Lam River tourist route to Vinh City and then to Nam Dan, the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh; along the coast of Cua Hoi, there are pine forests and mangrove forests that rustle year-round with the waves.
Quynh Beach
Quynh Beach is not actually the name of a single beach, but rather a general term referring to seven adjacent beaches in seven communes of Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town. These beaches are named Quynh Phuong, Quynh Lien, Quynh Bang, Quynh Luong, Quynh Minh, Quynh Nghia, and Tien Thuy, located 65 km from Vinh City.

Located in Nghi Loc district of Nghe An province, Bai Lu beach is named after Lu Son mountain, which has stood majestically on the beach for thousands of years.
Upon arriving at Bai Lu Beach, visitors will be amazed by the perfect combination of the crystal-clear blue waters of the sea on one side and the lush green of the whispering pine forests on the other. The soft, silky sands undulating along the waves give Bai Lu Beach a gentle, graceful appearance, like a young maiden.
