The things Minh Thuan devoted himself to before he passed away

Minh Thuan's last role was in the film "Bi am song sinh" (The Twin Mystery) directed by Tran Toan. He filmed the film in May and June. Around August, he became seriously ill and was hospitalized, and then passed away on September 18. Initially, Minh Thuan's role was to be played by someone else. But that person had an unexpected accident and canceled the contract. When invited to the project, Minh Thuan hesitated because the preparation time was too short and he had to go to the province for many days, which was not suitable for his health. However, he later agreed. "Well, each role has its own charm. I will read the script carefully one more time. I am very careful when working. If I don't have enough time to research the role, I will be very worried," he told the producer.

During filming, Minh Thuan's health deteriorated. He could not eat much because of uncomfortable skin allergy symptoms.

During his days on set, Minh Thuan was always active and optimistic. Mr. Phuc Lam - the producer's representative - said that the male artist did not ask to postpone or miss any filming sessions even though his body was covered with psoriasis. At that time, Minh Thuan only said he was having an allergic reaction. Later, the film crew learned that he had a lung-related illness.

Minh Thuan plays Hung, a doctor whose twin brother has passed away. Mr. Hung has a daughter, a police investigator named Linh Dan (Mi Du, right), and a mentally ill wife, Mrs. Giang (My Duyen). His family tragedy begins when Linh Dan and her boyfriend Duy Anh (Luu Quang Anh) investigate the case of missing twins. The film is scheduled to be released in October.

Due to illness, there were some parts where Minh Thuan's voice quality did not meet the requirements. After the singer passed away, the film crew decided not to re-dub these parts as planned because they wanted to preserve his memory in the film.

Besides the movie "Bi bi song sinh", the late singer also took on a small role in the movie "Bon nam, hai trai, mot tinh yeu" by director Luk Van. This movie finished filming in August with the participation of actors: Midu, Harry Lu...

In addition, Minh Thuan also accepted to participate in the music program "Immortal Love Song" broadcast in June. Two months earlier, MC Anh Khoa invited the late singer to participate in the program and together recorded and filmed the song "Ao em chua mac mot lan" - Minh Thuan's last recording before being hospitalized.
Earlier this year, on his personal page, the late singer also shared about making a Bolero album. He had recorded about three or four songs.
