The founder of Ecopark, the developer of the Eco Central Park urban area, has just handed over land use rights certificates, house ownership certificates, and certificates for other assets attached to the land to the first households in the urban area. It is expected that by the end of this year, more than 250 additional households will receive their land ownership certificates.

The legal foundation of the largest green urban area in Central Vietnam is solid.

This morning (November 16th), at the Eco Central Park urban area (nearly 200 hectares, in Vinh City, Nghe An province), the first phase of land ownership certificate (red book) handover took place for resident families. These first recipients are owners of townhouses in The Garden subdivision. Just a short time after fulfilling their financial obligations and providing all necessary legal documents, many residents of the largest green urban area in Central Vietnam now possess their most important legal papers.

Besides ensuring the construction progress, quality of the project, and accompanying amenities, the fact that the founder of Ecopark prioritizes the quick completion of land ownership certificate procedures for residents is highly appreciated by customers and the public.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Son, representative of Ecopark's founding, from the moment they began receiving the first applications for house ownership certificates, the investor recognized this as a crucial step, meeting practical needs, bringing legitimate rights, and ensuring stable living conditions for residents. This also affirms the investor's consistent fulfillment of financial obligations to the State.

“Understanding the residents' aspirations, the investor has made efforts to work with the authorities to promptly hand over the land ownership certificates to the residents. Immediately after this first issuance of land ownership certificates, the founder of Ecopark will work with the authorities to review the experience so that subsequent issuances will be faster and more convenient for residents. It is expected that by the end of 2024, more than 250 households in The Garden will receive their land ownership certificates. Other subdivisions will be processed by the investor in coordination with the authorities in subsequent phases in 2025,” Mr. Son said.

As one of the residents receiving their land ownership certificates on this occasion, Ms. Vo Thi Hoa expressed her overwhelming emotions upon witnessing the transformation of the urban area, from a swampy land into a top-tier project in Central Vietnam. “In Vinh City, before Eco Central Park, we didn't have the concept of buying houses under construction, but we decided to place our trust in the developer and are very happy that the project was implemented so quickly and we became among the first residents to receive our land ownership certificates. Thank you to the developer for creating a beautiful urban area with its own unique identity, like a ‘miniature city’ in the sunny and windy Central region,” Ms. Hoa shared.

She confided that, being a nature lover herself, she really enjoyed the living space at Eco Central Park. She also shared that love with her family members, encouraging them to buy a home, and everyone is very satisfied with the project's progress.

Also among the first households to receive their land ownership certificates, a resident said: “For us residents, the land use right certificate is very meaningful, affirming our ownership rights over this significant asset. At the same time, it is also an important document in financial and banking transactions. Since buying our house, my wife and I have come down to the project every weekend, standing at Swan Lake Park to watch our house being built, changing every week until it reaches completion, handover, and now the land ownership certificate has been issued. We highly appreciate the professionalism and credibility of the Ecopark founder in quickly issuing land use right certificates to residents, demonstrating seriousness and systematic approach in business.”

Eco Central Park, a large urban area, is an 8-minute drive from Vinh city center via the extended Nguyen Sy Sach road. The launch and development of the Eco Central Park project is considered by investors to be breathing new life into the Nghe An real estate market, creating a shift from the cramped core area to a satellite city, a new central area with increasingly improved and developed transportation infrastructure.
