(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 22, 727 voters at Nghi Kim detention camp, along with voters nationwide, exercised their right to vote for the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term. The fact that people in temporary detention and custody are also allowed to vote is a new regulation, applied for the first time under the provisions of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies (2015).
