(Baonghean.vn) - Artists, actors, and artisans from 20 districts, cities, and towns brought a vibrant atmosphere with attractive performances, featuring the unique cultural quintessence of the ethnic groups in Nghe An province at the "Lotus Blossoming Homeland" Street Performance Festival.
