Car models discounted from July 1 in Vietnam

From July 1, the special consumption tax rate will be reduced on cars with engines of 1.5 liters or less, creating conditions for many small car models in Vietnam to reduce prices such as Kia Morning, Toyota Vios, Honda City.

To stimulate demand for small cars and limit large cars in Vietnam, the new special consumption tax rate has been adjusted to decrease for small cars and increase sharply for large cars. Accordingly, for cars with engines of 1.5 liters or less, the new tax rate is 40% instead of the previous 45%, creating conditions for car prices to decrease.

Car manufacturers have reduced prices from July 1 on many models at many levels, from 5 million to 60 million VND.
