They are teachers with decades of experience climbing mountains and wading streams to reach the highland border villages of Ky Son district to teach. For them, the greatest happiness is to see students go to school and live in the love of their teachers.

Hoi Poc Village(Nam Can commune, Ky Son district) is considered one of the most difficult villages in the border commune of Nam Can. Located more than 10km from the national highway, the road to Huoi Poc is steep, with a steep cliff on one side and a deep abyss on the other. The climate here is cold all year round, covered in fog.
Due to difficult traffic, in Huoi Poc, there is currently Nam Can 2 Primary School and Nam Can Kindergarten's village campus, to facilitate students here to go to school. Nam Can 2 Primary School is located at the highest point of the village, on top of a hill with 7 classes, 156 students, of which poor and near-poor students account for 92%, mainly of Mong and Kho Mu ethnic groups. Cô giáo Kha Thị Liên, giáo viên trường Tiểu học Nậm Cắn 2 chia sẻ Cô lên Huồi Pốc dạy học đã được 6 năm, dù nhà cách Huồi Pốc chỉ khoảng 30km nhưng có nhiều tuần phải ở lại vì đường đi rất vất vả.
Teacher Kha Thi Lien, a teacher at Nam Can 2 Primary School, shared: She has been teaching in Huoi Poc for 6 years. Although her house is only about 30km from Huoi Poc, there are many weeks when she has to stay there because the road is very difficult. Especially when she comes torainy season, landslides can happen at any time.
With 13 years of experience in Huoi Poc is teacher Nguyen Van Duc (from Yen Thanh district). "In 2011, I went to Huoi Poc when there was no road, I had to crawl under the forest canopy along the trail to get to school. I was born disabled, when I volunteered to go to Huoi Poc I didn't think it would be so difficult. The days of carrying shirts across my shoulders, climbing uphill for 3 hours made everyone exhausted, but seeing the students being obedient and eager to go to school made teachers like us love this land more than ever", teacher Duc confided. Theo thầy Hoàng Anh Tuấn – Hiệu trưởng trường Tiểu học Nậm Cắn 2 cho hay Hầu hết học sinh của trường (gồm bản Huồi Pốc và Pa Ca) hoàn cảnh khó khăn. (1)
According to Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Principal of Nam Can 2 Primary School, most of the school's students (in Huoi Poc and Pa Ca villages) are in difficult circumstances. Due to the need to make a living, many parents have left their villages to work for companies in the South, leaving their children to the care of their grandparents and teachers. In addition to teaching, the school also has to pay attention to the children's food and accommodation. Therefore, although there are only 19 students in the boarding school, in order for the students to have better learning conditions, the school has to contact benefactors to provide more meals for other students.
According to Ms. Hien, teachers like her, even though they face many difficulties, as long as students attend class regularly and are able to live and study with full care from teachers, it is a great happiness. Photo: Dao Tho
