The stage is where the English Challenge contestants shine, and where the audience anxiously follows each round of competition. But behind those dazzling lights is an entire team working tirelessly and silently – people who don't appear on screen but contribute to creating a polished, emotional, and memorable show.
For English Challenge, it's been a long journey. And the production team – from editing, technical support, directing, behind-the-scenes work to media relations – are the people who silently, persistently, and passionately have made this game show so popular.

The English Challenge is a highly educational academic competition with a bilingual element, involving young participants and requiring continuous interaction. Therefore, each season, the organizers strive to create fresh content that closely reflects school life to ignite a passion for English and help children develop holistically.
To provide high-quality exam questions for contestants, the Department of Culture and Arts always works closely with the Nghe An Department of Education and Training and the international educational organization 2G Education in the preliminary rounds, weekly and quarterly competitions, and especially the annual final.
"No one does this program just out of obligation. We all share the same feeling: this is something we're proud to be a part of," a team member shared.

A competition might last 60 minutes. But the preparation time for a recording session can sometimes be a week, even a month – from contacting collaborating units, developing the question set, creating documentary footage, designing the stage, running demos, installing LED systems, sound, and lighting. All of this is a silent effort to ensure the program runs smoothly.

There were days when filming lasted until late at night. There were unexpected situations during the broadcast. But what was special about the English Challenge team was that no one left their post, and they promptly handled any problems – they understood that the most important thing was to keep the contestants in the best possible competitive spirit.

Having aired for 8 seasons, English Challenge operates like a well-oiled machine, efficiently from the setup stage to the final show.
The team consists of dozens of members: from a dedicated and experienced leadership team, to veteran directors of many major programs, to young technicians making their debut in main production, and editors who work intensely and take on multiple roles simultaneously... but they all share one thing in common: they consider the program their brainchild. They strive to come up with new themes, connect closely with contestants and schools with a high sense of responsibility, working day and night.
