According to the land price list recently approved by the Nghe An Provincial People's Council at its end-of-year 2025 session, effective from January 1, 2026, the roads in the central wards of the former Vinh City have the highest prices.

According to the draft land price list for 2026, effective from January 1, 2026, many central streets in the former Vinh City will continue to hold the top position in terms of land prices.

The top 10 most expensive routes are as follows:

  • Cao Thang Street: 160 million VND/m²
  • Quang Trung Street: 150 million VND/m²
  • Tran Phu StreetHighest price: 150 million VND/m²
  • Truong Thi Street: 150 million VND/m²
  • Ho Tung Mau Street: 150 million VND/m²
  • Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street: 135 million VND/m²
  • Nguyen Van Cu Street: 130 million VND/m²
  • Lenin Street(Section from 72m road to Customs roundabout): 120 million VND/m²
  • Le Hong Phong Street: 115 million VND/m²
  • Le Loi Street(Highest price: 100 million VND/m², lowest price: 94 million VND/m²)
  • Ly Thuong Kiet Street:The highest price is 90 million VND/m².2, lowest price 65 million VND/m²2.

Meanwhile, the lowest-priced roads in the wards of the former Vinh City ranged from 5,500,000 to 7,000,000 VND/m².2.

Mr. Vo Giang, Deputy Head of the Finance and Planning Department of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, said that the roads with high land prices are all central arteries of the former Vinh City, with advantages in commerce and services, modern infrastructure, and high population density. Land prices on these roads basically remain unchanged according to the land price list in Resolution 03, which was approved by the Provincial People's Council on April 28, 2025.
