He used all the money obtained from the victim to invest in the BO trading platform, subsequently losing everything.

Notably, despite lacking a stable job, Nam created a facade of being intellectual and successful, frequently posting photos taken at luxurious locations to facilitate his fraudulent scheme of stealing property.

Determining that Nguyen Thanh Nam's actions showed signs of fraud and misappropriation of a very large sum of money, the Criminal Police Department reported to the provincial police leadership. After a period of monitoring, on November 20, 2023, the Criminal Police Department arrested Nguyen Thanh Nam for "Fraud and misappropriation of property," seizing and temporarily detaining numerous related exhibits and documents.
