Efforts to support the Mong ethnic people in Tri Le commune in overcoming the consequences of flooding.
Due to the influence of the circulation of typhoon No. 3, heavy rain fell in Tri Le commune, causing water levels in streams to rise rapidly, resulting in localized flooding in many areas and landslides affecting most villages.
In particular, in Hmong villages such as Huoi Moi and Muong Long, heavy rains caused landslides, damaging houses and blocking roads.

In Huoi Moi village, 20 Mong ethnic minority households were affected, including 4 households whose houses were completely destroyed. In addition, the roads leading to Muong Long and Huoi Moi villages were also damaged by landslides. To assist the people in recovery efforts, the Tri Le commune authorities had to walk to the villages to provide support.

As of now, in Tri Le commune, one person has been injured due to the storm, seven houses have completely collapsed, and 46 houses have been damaged. Nearly 40 hectares of rice and other crops have been completely buried under mud. 20 roads have been affected by landslides, six are deeply flooded, three routes have been cut off, along with some other property damage.
In response to the damage, the Tri Le Commune Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command deployed forces in the area to assist in repairing damaged or collapsed houses, and provided essential supplies to help people temporarily stabilize their lives.

In the villages, local people and student volunteers organized cleaning, rearrangement, and stabilization of daily life. Tri Le commune used excavators and mobilized units and individuals with equipment to help repair landslides on internal commune roads, ensuring traffic flow to facilitate relief efforts after the storm.
