An Hung Garment Factory in Cong Thanh Commune(Yen Thanh)Spanning over 10 hectares with a total investment of over 600 billion VND, this is the largest garment factory in Yen Thanh district, featuring modern and comprehensively equipped production lines and equipment, including automatic cutting and spreading machines, imported from Japan and Germany. Currently, the factory provides employment for over 10,000 workers in Yen Thanh district and neighboring districts.

During periods when the Covid-19 pandemic situation was complex, the factory maximized its disease prevention and control measures to protect the safety of workers and maintain stable production and business operations. Simultaneously, solutions were implemented, such as providing "3-in-1" accommodation and meals (eating, living, and working on-site) for workers living far from home, strictly adhering to disease prevention regulations and absolutely avoiding contact with the community outside the residential area.

Weekly, the factory conducts rapid testing and assigns personnel to measure the body temperature of workers at the beginning of each work shift. Daily, the factory arranges transportation for workers to and from work following the principle of "one route, two destinations," meaning workers travel by car only from home to the company to ensure disease prevention and control.

Despite challenging conditions, thanks to flexible and adaptive solutions and production transformation, the company has ensured uninterrupted production and implemented investment and development plans for the coming period. The company's garment products are diverse, primarily for major brands such as Adidas and Victoria's. Shipments are exported to European countries, the US, Canada, and other regions. The exported products meet stringent quality and delivery requirements, earning high praise from partners.

To ensure a reliable supply of raw materials, An Hung Garment Factory always signs contracts with suppliers 3-4 months in advance and strictly checks the quality of raw materials and accessories. The factory continuously improves product quality through process innovation and has obtained quality management certifications.

Caring for the lives of workers

An Hung Garment FactoryThe factory is built as a closed-loop system including workshops, warehouses, a canteen for over 3,000 workers, and a parking garage. Along with focusing on production, the factory always pays close attention to the well-being of its employees. Cooling systems and air conditioning are installed in all workplaces to ensure the health and safety of the workers.

In addition, wages, bonuses, allowances, and social insurance contributions for workers are always guaranteed; workers receive free sewing training if they lack skills, free lunch allowance; and benefits when working on the production line, including an attendance allowance of 500,000 VND/month; a fuel allowance of 250,000 VND/month, a monthly bonus of 300,000 VND/month, holiday bonuses, and a 13th-month bonus.

Salary commensurate with ability is over 6,200,000 VND/month, with an overtime allowance of 500,000 VND/month, and support for childcare and menstrual allowances. Notably, 100% of attendance allowances, fuel allowances, and performance ratings will be retained for employees who contract Covid-19 and take leave upon submitting complete and valid documentation. To better serve factory workers and local residents, the factory has built and is preparing to open an AHG MART supermarket.

Fortunately, on March 8, 2022, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 39/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving the investor for An Hung Group Joint Stock Company to implement the An Hung 2 Garment Factory Project in Tho Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, with a project land area of ​​approximately 9.88 hectares.

The project has a production capacity of 99 million products per year, including life jackets, windbreakers, sportswear, and various types of shirts, with a total investment of over 700 billion VND. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022; and the factory will be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2024.
