Breaking News: Reactionary suspect Hoang Duc Binh arrested.
(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:30 AM on May 15, 2017, the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Nghe An Provincial Police executed an arrest warrant against Hoang Duc Binh (born February 10, 1983).
Previously, through the investigation and monitoring of Hoang Duc Binh's criminal activities, the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Nghe An Provincial Police issued arrest warrant No. 01 against Hoang Duc Binh for "acts of resisting public officials; abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the state, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens," violating Articles 257 and 258 of the Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Based on Articles 36, 80, 88, and 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code and considering the temporary detention order No. 01 dated May 11, 2017, issued by the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Province against Hoang Duc Binh, who was prosecuted for the crimes of "Resisting public officials" and "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens," as stipulated in Articles 257 and 258 of the Penal Code, the decision is well-founded. On May 13, 2017, the People's Procuracy of Nghe An Province approved the temporary detention order issued by the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Province against Hoang Duc Binh, for a period of 90 days from the date of arrest.
Authorities are currently consolidating the evidence and expanding the investigation into the incident.
