(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:30 a.m. on May 15, 2017, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police executed an arrest warrant for Hoang Duc Binh (born February 10, 1983).
Previously, through the investigation and monitoring of Hoang Duc Binh's criminal behavior, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police issued an arrest warrant No. 01 for Hoang Duc Binh for "acts of resisting people performing official duties; taking advantage of democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the state, the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and citizens", violating Articles 257 and 258 of the Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Pursuant to Articles 36, 80, 88, 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code and considering the temporary detention order No. 01 dated May 11, 2017 of the Nghe An Police Investigation Agency against Hoang Duc Binh, who was prosecuted for the crimes of "Resisting a person on official duty"; "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and citizens", as stipulated in Articles 257 and 258 of the Criminal Code, there is a basis. On May 13, 2017, the People's Procuracy of Nghe An province issued a decision approving the temporary detention order of the Nghe An Police Investigation Agency against Hoang Duc Binh, within 90 days from the date of arrest for temporary detention.
