(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 24, the Security Investigation Agency of the Nghe An Provincial Police arrested Le Dinh Luong urgently for the act of "Activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government".

Le Dinh Luong was born in 1965 and resides in Hop Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province.

The suspect is Le Dinh Luong.

The investigation revealed that, over the past period, Le Dinh Luong frequently engaged in activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government and complicating the security and order situation in the locality. Based on the documents and evidence collected, at 4 PM on July 24th, the Security Investigation Agency of the Nghe An Provincial Police executed an urgent arrest warrant for Le Dinh Luong for the aforementioned offenses.

Le Dinh Luong's actions are regulated under Article 79 of the Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Nghe An Provincial Police affirmed that the execution of the urgent arrest warrant for Le Dinh Luong was in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Currently, the Nghe An Provincial Police are finalizing procedures to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and issue an arrest warrant for Le Dinh Luong to facilitate investigation, prosecution, and trial in accordance with the law.
