Mr. Nguyen Sy Thanh, residing in Hamlet 7, Thanh Thuy Commune, decided to move to the Khe Mu area to raise cattle and buffalo for commercial purposes. Starting in 2008, with the assistance of the commune's Farmers' Association, his family borrowed 30 million VND and, along with some family capital, purchased 8 breeding cows. Within about two years, the herd doubled. Currently, his family owns over 80 cattle and buffalo, including 30 breeding cows and 10 mother buffaloes, along with over 7 hectares of acacia trees. On average, his family earns nearly 1 billion VND per year.

Thanh Thuy is a mountainous commune with vast land potential, ideal for livestock development, especially cattle, pigs, and poultry. Over the years, thanks to the attention of local government leaders, who have prioritized the Farmers' Association's economic development, particularly in commercial cattle farming, the commune's poverty rate has been reduced to 2%.
