On the afternoon of August 6th, the Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with other functional forces, conducted an urgent search of Bui Xuan Huan, also known as Huan Hoa Hong.
At approximately 4 PM on August 6th, according to observations by Tien Phong Newspaper, police forces were present at the Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area (Gia Lam, Hanoi), believed to be the residence of Bui Xuan Huan (commonly known as Huan "Hoa Hong", born in 1985, from the former Yen Bai province). The appearance of the authorities attracted the attention of many residents in the area.
Recently, Huấn Hoa Hồng attracted attention on social media when he became embroiled in a controversy with TikToker Vua Quạt regarding his charity fundraising activities. Following the online uproar, Huấn went to the bank to provide a statement of his charity account to demonstrate transparency in receiving and using donated funds. However, some opinions have questioned whether Huấn Hoa Hồng used his personal account to receive donations from benefactors.
Huấn "Hoa Hồng" is well-known, especially among young people, through his livestream videos and YouTube channel. His Facebook page currently has over 3.7 million followers, and this "internet gangster" also owns YouTube and TikTok channels with millions of followers.
