People's Artist Xuan Bac to star in 'Tao Quan' 2025

Recently, Meritorious Artist Chí Trung shared a clip of People's Artist Xuân Bắc practicing for the program.Táo Quân 2025with annotations:"Nam Tao has appeared"Along with that, People's Artist Tu Long also posted a picture with People's Artist Xuan Bac with the caption:"How many relatives and how many acquaintances do you recognize?"

This move by the artists confirms the presence of the Director of the Department of Performing Arts atTáo Quân 2025this year.

People's Artist Xuan Bac is rehearsing with other artists for the 2025 Tet Comedy Show (Tao Quan).

This news delighted fans because many had previously worried that People's Artist Xuan Bac would have difficulty participating in the program as he is currently in a management role.

The return of familiar artists atTáo Quân 2025Artists like Meritorious Artist Quoc Khanh, Meritorious Artist Quang Thang, People's Artist Tu Long, artist Van Dung, and Meritorious Artist Chi Trung are eagerly awaited by the audience after a year's absence. Several young actors with experience in the Táo Quân (Kitchen Gods) show, such as Do Duy Nam, Trung Ruoi, Thai Son, Anh Duc, and Manh Dung, will also appear. Táo Quân 2025 will be produced by a different team within VTV, instead of the Television Film Production Center as in previous years.

In 2024, Táo Quân surprised audiences with a complete overhaul of its cast, with only the Jade Emperor (played by Quốc Khánh) remaining. This drastic change, replacing the entire veteran cast of Táo Quân actors such as Chí Trung, Quang Thắng, Vân Dung, Tự Long, etc., left many viewers feeling regretful.

Over the years, with their charming performances and seamless interplay, the veteran artists have successfully delivered an indispensable source of entertainment on New Year's Eve.

Previously, artist Van Dung had expressed her regret:"When we had to temporarily leave the Táo Quân program, all of us were sad. Táo Quân is our home, it's our lifeblood. The reason why all the audience knows Quang Thắng, Tự Long, Xuân Bắc, Vân Dung, Chí Trung, and Quốc Khánh is thanks to the Táo Quân program."

Leaving our birthplace once again is something we're very sad about. But it's only for one year. We also want that year to be spent watching the younger generation take over from us. As the old saying goes, "When the old bamboo dies, new shoots grow," so we want them to have a place to showcase their talents, grow, and hone their acting skills in a major program like Táo Quân.
