Actor Tiến Hợi, who had been associated with the image of President Ho Chi Minh for 35 years, passed away at the age of 63 after a period of illness, leaving many saddened.
Meritorious Artist Tiến Hợi, whose real name is Nguyễn Tiến Hợi, was born in 1959. His father's hometown is in Nghệ An, and his mother's is in Hanoi. Throughout his life, he was renowned as the artist who most frequently and most accurately portrayed President Ho Chi Minh in both films and theatrical plays.

The funeral of Meritorious Artist Tiến Hợi will take place at 5 PM on February 11th at the National Funeral Home, No. 5 Trần Thánh Tông Street, Hanoi. The memorial service and burial will be held at 6:30 PM on the same day, followed by cremation at the Hoàn Vũ Crematorium (Văn Điển, Hanoi). The Hanoi Drama Theatre will be in charge of organizing the funeral for Meritorious Artist Tiến Hợi.
