One of the outstanding contributions of the young female Vice Chairperson of Yen Hoa commune is advising and launching the "Drumbeat for Studying" movement throughout the commune. The movement was organized to create the best learning environment for students, raising parents' awareness of the importance of caring for, supporting, and reminding their children to study and practice independently at home.

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen close coordination between families, schools, and the entire society in managing students, improving the quality of teaching and learning, managing students outside of school hours, and minimizing social vices. Accordingly, at the designated time, the Village Management Board will sound the drum to signal, and parents should help remind their children to study.
