Comrade Ho Thi Binh, born in 1924, hails from Ha Linh commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province. She joined the Party on July 10, 1947, officially on October 1, 1947. Currently, she is a member of the Kim Yen hamlet Party branch, Nghi Lien commune Party committee.
