Wedding MC drowned in ditch.

According to initial investigations, on the evening of November 26th, the 32-year-old woman from Hon Dat district (Kien Giang province) went to Vinh Phu commune, Thoai Son district (An Giang province) to MC a wedding ceremony for a friend's family.
While there, Thanh befriended the female MC. Late at night, when she was leaving, he followed her and invited her to an empty plot of land to talk, then...He demanded sex but was refused.
An argument ensued, and Thanh beat and drowned the woman in a ditch until she died. The suspect then stripped the victim's clothes and threw them into the reeds, dragged the body to another ditch, submerged it, and placed a concrete slab on top. Thanh then took the victim's phone and Nouvo motorbike and fled to Binh Duong to continue working as a laborer.
After several days of searching, on the afternoon of November 30th, relatives found the body of the female MC about 100 meters from the house where the wedding was held.
Yesterday, while the police were searching for the perpetrator, Thanh returned to his hometown to return the stolen property to the victim's family and then turned himself in.
