Huyen went online to order fake ID cards and fake land use right certificates. On June 29, 2019, Huyen rented a motorbike, brought the fake land use right certificate, and went to a pawn shop in Cam Le district, Da Nang city to pawn it, and borrowed 10,000 USD and 450 million VND. After that, Huyen returned to this pawn shop to borrow many more times, totaling 1.17 billion VND.
Hoang Thi Huyen promised to pay the total of 4 loans of 1.62 billion VND and 10,000 USD on July 12, 2019, but then turned off her mobile phone. The pawn shop owner was suspicious, brought the red book to check and discovered that it was a fake red book./.
