'Monster woman' runs lottery line in Nghe An countryside
(Baonghean.vn) - Despite having a criminal record for gambling in the form of lottery numbers, after being released from prison, Tran Thi Oanh (residing in Do Luong) still recklessly embarked on a path of crime, setting up and operating a lottery line worth tens of millions of dong.
On March 6, Do Luong District Police announced that the unit had just dismantled a gambling ring in the form of lottery in the district. The ring leader was Tran Thi Oanh (residing in Nhan Son commune, Do Luong - lottery owner).

With the huge profits from gambling, Oanh lured many people into this gambling game, causing a disturbance to local security and order, including Nguyen Van Chien (residing in Bai Son commune, Do Luong), a worker at a cement factory in the area.
After collecting sufficient evidence and documents on the criminal activities of the subjects in the project, the police force met to discuss and decided to solve the case and caught Tran Thi Oanh and Nguyen Van Chien red-handed while recording lottery numbers at their private home.
