'Female monster' claims to be a lawyer, promises to help make red book to swindle over 10 billion VND
Using fake documents and claiming to be a lawyer, Tran Thi Huong defrauded many people of more than 10 billion VND.
On May 24, Quang Ninh Provincial Police announced that they had concluded the investigation of the criminal case and transferred it to the Provincial People's Procuracy to prosecute Tran Thi Huong (born in 1975, residing in Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City) for the crimes of Fraudulent appropriation of property and Forgery and use of documents and seals of agencies and organizations.
Previously, on August 15, Quang Ninh Provincial Police initiated a case, prosecuted and detained Tran Thi Huong for using a fake land use right certificate to mortgage and borrow 600 million VND.

Specifically, from 2017 to 2018, due to needing money for personal expenses, Huong used 2 fake land use right certificates with locations in Mong Cai City to mortgage and borrow 600 million VND from Ms. LTN.
After the police informed about the incident, Huong's victims came to report the subject's fraudulent behavior of appropriating property.
Four people have come forward to report and accuse Huong of impersonating the head of the law office of two companies to promise to handle the procedures for issuing "red books".
With the above trick, Huong appropriated more than 7.3 billion VND.
In addition, Ms. LTT (residing in Cao Thang ward, Ha Long city) accused Huong of providing false information about land plots being transferred on the market to invite people to contribute money for business, then appropriating 2.7 billion VND of Ms. T's capital contribution.
