A sixth-grade girl mysteriously disappeared while going to tutoring.
Ms. Le Thi Thom reported: "By evening, when the rain stopped, my family didn't see my grandchild come home. We called and texted, but she didn't answer. She had arranged to go with a friend, but then went alone."
According to Ms. Le Thi Thom, residing in Tan Tay Do urban area, Tan Lap, Dan Phuong, Hanoi, at approximately 1:30 PM on July 8th, her granddaughter, Ha Ngoc Anh (12 years old, from Pho Giatt, Trieu Son, Thanh Hoa), asked Ms. Thom for permission to attend extra classes at her teacher's house.

Every day, around 5:30 PM, Ngoc Anh would finish school and go home. However, on July 8th, her family didn't see her return. At first, they thought it might be because of the rainy and windy weather that day, causing her to be late.
“By evening, when the rain stopped, my family didn't see her come home. We called and texted her, but she didn't answer. She usually goes to school by electric bicycle, but today she walked. She said she'd go with a friend, but instead she went alone,” said Ms. Le Thi Thom.
According to Ms. Thom, Ngoc Anh came to Hanoi to live with her uncle and grandmother when she was in the third grade. Currently, Ngoc Anh is studying in class 6C at Tan Lap Secondary School in Dan Phuong district, Hanoi. At home, Ngoc Anh is very well-behaved, polite, and diligent in her studies.
Duy (Ngoc Anh's uncle) said: "Ngoc Anh left home at 1:30 PM but didn't go to her extra classes. Her teacher and friends are worried, they've called and texted her but haven't answered."
According to Duy, the child's father is Hung, the mother is Dung, and they are from Giắt Street, Triệu Sơn District, Thanh Hóa Province.
When she left home, Ngoc Anh was wearing orange shorts, an orange shirt, her hair tied back, and carrying a black backpack. Her family has now reported the incident to the authorities in the hope of finding her soon.
