Vinh River water level rises, threatening people living outside the dike

(Baonghean.vn) - Recorded at around 11am today, October 31, the water level on the East side of Cua Tien 2 Bridge was still rising, threatening people living outside the Vinh River dike. It is known that the high-capacity pump in the area behind Vinh Market has raised its mouth and operated continuously since October 30, but because the water level on the outside of Vinh River is too high, the water level inside the market is slowly receding.
