On September 27th, a video clip appeared on social media showing a white car with license plate 37A-883.92 recklessly driving in the wrong lane on National Highway 46B, in the Nguoc forest area of Dai Dong commune (Nghe An province).
According to the video footage, despite the presence of cars approaching from the correct direction, some with their hazard lights on, the aforementioned car deliberately failed to return to its lane. This behavior angered other road users, as it posed a significant risk of collision and serious accidents.

Driving against the flow of traffic not only seriously violates the regulations of the Road Traffic Law but also puts the safety of other road users at risk.
