According to the report, at the time of the incident, a car with license plate 37D-018.37 was traveling on Phan Boi Chau Street from the Le Loi intersection towards Le Ninh Street. While in motion, the car suddenly lost control, veered onto the median strip, and crashed into an advertising signpost.,Then it crashed violently into the base of the banyan tree and spun sideways across the road.
