Student Tran Bui Bao Khanh from Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted became the champion of the 25th Road to Olympia with 215 points after a spectacular chase.
The final match of the 25th Road to Olympia, which took place on the morning of October 26, ended with the victory of contestant Tran Bui Bao Khanh from Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. With a strong will and reasonable strategy, Bao Khanh excellently won the prestigious laurel wreath with a total score of 215, after a dramatic intellectual race and breathtaking score chases.
The contest is a competition between the four best climbers of the year: Le Quang Duy Khoa (Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted - Hue), Nguyen Nhat Lam (Cai Be High School, Dong Thap), Doan Thanh Tung (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Khanh Hoa) and Tran Bui Bao Khanh (Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted).

The race was evenly matched in the Kick-off stage.
Right from the first round, all four contestants showed that they were evenly matched as they chased each other for points. Tran Bui Bao Khanh temporarily took the lead with 65 points after the two individual and group warm-up rounds. Following were Le Quang Duy Khoa with 60 points, Nguyen Nhut Lam with 35 points and Doan Thanh Tung with 30 points. The balanced start signaled a competitive final.
The turning point from Obstacles by Doan Thanh Tung
The Obstacle Course round witnessed a major turning point. Despite having the lowest score after the Warm-up round, Doan Thanh Tung made a bold decision to press the bell to answer the keyword “Truong Ba’s Soul in the Butcher’s Body” after only one row of clues was revealed. This correct decision helped the male student from Khanh Hoa gain an additional 60 points, taking the lead in the climbing group with 100 points, creating a big surprise and completely changing the situation of the competition.

The score chase in the Acceleration round
The Acceleration round took place at high speed and with almost absolute accuracy from the contestants. Bao Khanh showed outstanding agility when continuously giving the fastest answers, at times regaining the leading position. However, Thanh Tung also proved his perseverance when chasing fiercely. At the end of the round, Thanh Tung once again took the lead with 210 points, creating a safe distance from Bao Khanh (185 points), Duy Khoa (150 points) and Nhut Lam (135 points), pushing the drama to a high level before the decisive round.
Courage decides in the Finish line
Entering the Finishing Round with the leading advantage, Thanh Tung chose a safe strategy with a package of 3 questions worth 20 points but was unsuccessful, keeping the score of 210. This was the opportunity for the remaining contestants to break away. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Bao Khanh had a perfect Finishing Round. With his calmness and smart choice of question packages (20-30-20 points), the male student from Hanoi answered all three questions correctly, making a spectacular comeback to take the lead and win the final with 215 points.

Meanwhile, Le Quang Duy Khoa and Nguyen Nhut Lam also made remarkable efforts in their competitions, demonstrating a determined fighting spirit until the last seconds. This year's final was once again stirred by the enthusiastic atmosphere from the connecting points, where thousands of students and teachers cheered for the climbers, contributing to a successful Olympia season.
