"I wish all my friends, supporters, enemies, detractors, and even the dishonest fake news media, a Happy and Peaceful New Year. 2018 will be a great year for America," Trump wrote once again in his very... Trump style.
Earlier, the American leader also reviewed his accomplishments over the past year with a short video summarizing his international trips.
Wishing his rivals the best for the New Year seems to have become a habit for Mr. Trump since his days as a businessman.
In late December 2016, more than a month after his election, Trump also sent New Year's greetings to "everyone, including my opponents and those who fought against me but lost miserably because they didn't know what to do."
The US president celebrated the new year with family and supporters at the luxurious Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, according to Fox News.
