A romantic science fiction filmPassengers(The Traveler) will be broadcast on VTV3, taking viewers on a journey of survival and love in the depths of space. The film is set on the Avalon spacecraft, on a 120-year journey to take 5,000 passengers to a new planet.

Due to an accident, engineer Jim Preston (Chris Pratt) is awakened from hibernation 90 years earlier than planned. Faced with extreme loneliness, he must make a controversial decision: to awaken writer Aurora Lane (Jennifer Lawrence). From here, a complex relationship blossoms between the two, but they soon discover the ship is in grave danger and the lives of thousands of others depend on them.

Director Morten Tyldum shared: "I think most of us, faced with the same choice, would do the same thing. Making a film that gives people space to debate what they would do – or perhaps forgive – is also an interesting way of storytelling."
