Petrolimex announces the price of E10 RON 95-V gasoline starting from 24,630 VND/liter.
Petrolimex announced the retail price of E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline from 24:00 on May 12, 2026: Zone 1 at 24,630 VND/liter, Zone 2 at 25,120 VND/liter.
According to an official announcement from Petrolimex, the new price for E10 RON 95-V bioethanol fuel will begin to be applied from the early morning of May 13, 2026.
Specifically, the selling price of E10 RON 95-V bioethanol gasoline at gas stations in Market Region 1 is listed at 24,630 VND/liter. In areas belonging to Market Region 2, the selling price is higher, at 25,120 VND/liter.
Compared to Petrolimex's previously announced prices for E10 RON 95-III gasoline, the prices in the two regions are 23,730 VND/liter and 24,200 VND/liter respectively. Thus, the price of E10 RON 95-V gasoline is approximately 900 VND/liter higher than E10 RON 95-III gasoline in Region 1 and 920 VND/liter higher in Region 2.

Note: For gasoline (excluding ethanol), diesel fuel, fuel oil, and kerosene, which are not subject to VAT declaration and payment, input VAT is deductible according to document No. 1088/TTTN-XD dated April 15, 2026, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to Petrolimex, the newly announced price of E10 RON 95-V bioethanol gasoline will be applied throughout Petrolimex's entire distribution system in Vietnam.
The distribution system includes Petrolimex-owned gas stations, small-scale gas dispensing points using Petrolimex-owned equipment, gas stations of dealers and general agents selling Petrolimex fuel, and gas stations of retailers operating under franchise agreements from the corporation.
The concept of "Zone 2" applies to areas far from ports, main depots, and petroleum production facilities, as stipulated in Clause 27, Article 1 of Government Decree 95/2021.
According to current regulations, in areas classified as Zone 2, if reasonable, legitimate, and audited actual costs result in a selling price higher than the regulated price, the primary petroleum distributor has the right to determine the actual selling price in that area. This price must be notified to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and must not exceed 2% of the regulated price announced at the same time.
Petrolimex's announcement clearly states that the Group's General Director has authorized the Directors of Petrolimex's member petroleum companies to directly determine the actual selling price in their respective business areas. However, this determined price must not exceed the announced Zone 2 price.
The decision on the new fuel prices has been sent to all Petrolimex member units and reported to the Government Office, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance as required.
Petrolimex member units, when issuing decisions on retail gasoline and diesel prices in their distribution systems, are required to send the issued price decisions to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province/city and the corporation for reporting in accordance with regulations.
