Virgin selling ring busted for over $5,000
Police have arrested seven people linked to a virgin trafficking network in Marbella, Málaga province, Spain.
Spanish police have broken up a “high-end” prostitution ring that sold the virgins of underage girls, the Mirror reported. The ringleaders earned around $4,400 for each successful transaction.
Police confirmed that the seven suspects will face charges related to "prostitution and sexual exploitation of minors", according to a statement from Spain's Interior Ministry.

Investigators said the network "specialized in providing high-end prostitutes" on various websites, often offering "the virginity of minors, as young as 16, for prices up to $5,300."
According to Mirror, Spanish authorities began investigating following "an offer of cooperation from an anonymous citizen".
Police representatives stressed that one prostitute was advertised as 18 years old, but many sources confirmed that she was only about 16 years old.
"After analyzing the documents, investigators discovered an organized criminal network behind these false advertising activities, which generated significant profits from the trafficking and sexual exploitation of women," the statement said.
Spain has no laws prohibiting prostitution, but brothel operations are considered illegal.
