Based on the collected documents, Ha Long City Police urgently arrested Ngo Thi Hien (born in 1988, residing in Yet Kieu Ward, Ha Long City) for gambling; urgently arrested Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong (born in 1971, residing in Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City), owner of Kim Cuong Motel, for allowing others to gamble at home for illegal profits.

At the Investigation Agency, the subjects all admitted their crimes.
