At the scene, the police seized one set of dishes, one deck of 52 playing cards, along with 52,060,000 VND in cash, and caught nine suspects red-handed.

At the scene, the police seized a set of bowls and plates, a deck of 52 playing cards, and 52,060,000 VND in cash. Based on the collected evidence, the Ha Long City Police arrested Ngo Thi Hien (born in 1988, residing in Yet Kieu Ward, Ha Long City) for gambling; and arrested Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong (born in 1971, residing in Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City), the owner of Kim Cuong guesthouse, for allowing others to gamble at her house for illicit profit.
The police are currently finalizing the case files to prosecute the suspects in accordance with the law.
