Pham Thi Mai Huong: Female student from a different field wins 1 billion VND
Surpassing more than 32,000 students, Pham Thi Mai Huong from Vietnam Maritime University became the Champion of Coin Universe 2025, affirming the courage of a young person who dares to overcome her own limits.
Surpassing more than 32,000 students nationwide, Pham Thi Mai Huong, a student at Vietnam Maritime University, officially became the Champion of the financial education program "The Moneyverse 2025". She won a prize worth 1 billion VND and the opportunity to work at a large bank. What is special is that Mai Huong does not come from the economic - financial sector, showing her remarkable efforts and courage throughout the competition.

Journey to overcome personal limits
As one of the youngest contestants, Mai Huong impressed the audience with her continuous breakthroughs in each round. In the final night on November 16, 2025, she faced big challenges, including a live debate with a billionaire and the Multi-agent AI system.
Sharing about her most memorable moment, Mai Huong said: "The moment I will never forget is when I saw myself at the highest position - when I realized that the universe had responded to all my efforts, all my determination to 'commit' and dare to overcome my limits."
She summarized her victory in three words: "Surprised - Proud - Happy". Surprised that a non-economic student could win, proud that this achievement was the result of the efforts of the whole school, family and supporters, and happy that she had won over herself.

Change your financial mindset and plan for the future
Mai Huong admitted that before joining the program, she thought that a student who only lived on part-time money did not need to pay much attention to financial management. However, "The Universe of Money" completely changed this point of view.
"I realized that financial knowledge is the most basic knowledge, because economics and finance affect every aspect of life," she shared. One of the biggest lessons she learned was the difference between "saving" (letting money sit idle) and "accumulating" (letting money work and create value).
With the prize of 1 billion VND, Mai Huong said this is a "financial shock" at the age of 20 and she will need time to build a plan to use this capital in the most logical, responsible and effective way, possibly consulting with the program's experts.

Inspirational message
Looking back on her journey, Mai Huong said the biggest obstacle she overcame was her lack of confidence and fear of failure. From a shy girl, she learned to seize opportunities and believe in herself. She believes that The Moneyverse is not a competition to find the best person, but a place for young people to hone their skills.
Sending a message to young people, especially the GenZ generation, Mai Huong said: "I am a living proof. Although I do not come from a financial background, I have enjoyed this journey very much... As long as you dare to take the first step, sometimes the whole universe will open the way and push you forward."
