Up to now, after nearly 1 year of construction, the main route passes through 2 districts, Nghi Loc and Do Luong, and the site has been handed over to the construction unit. However, there is still a household in Dai Son commune, Do Luong district who is deliberately obstructing and not allowing the contractor to construct the cement reinforcement layer, with the reason that the roller will crack the house.
As for the cross-road, the sewer yard intersecting with the residential road, serving transportation and production for Song Lam Cement Factory, there are still 7 communes: Nghi Phuong, Nghi My, Nghi Lam, Nghi Kieu, Nghi Loc district and Tan Son, Thinh Son, Hoa Son communes that have not yet handed over the site to the contractor, so the construction progress of the project is behind schedule.
